The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions towards the community.

SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it can be alarmed about the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The service level made for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky with the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise sassa status check more assets to empower the servicing of all prospects and improve entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
